Stranger Things Review

If you haven’t binge-watched Stranger Things on Netflix yet, then you need to. Set in a small town, peace is disturbed when strange things start to happen. When Will Byers (Noah Schnapp) goes missing, Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder) struggles to convince police chief Jim Hopper (David Harbour) that something other-worldly is responsible for her son’s disappearance. This show hooked me in from the get-go and the character development and casting was brilliant, including Will’s friends and the mysterious girl, Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown), who we follow as they try to find him. Set in the 80s with a bit of an E.T. vibe, Stranger Things is a perfect homage to this era. The best part is, a second season has been announced and the worst part is that we have to wait until July 2017.
